1. Not financial advice

Oswol is a research, education, and analytics platform. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fund manager, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction, and is not licensed or registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Saudi Capital Market Authority, the Central Bank of Bahrain, or any other regulator.

Nothing on the Service — including AI-generated summaries, signals, smart-money disclosures, sentiment and hype scores, factor grades, watchlists, equity-curve simulations, or any other output — is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@oswol.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or AI output except as expressly permitted.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.

4. Market data and third-party sources

Market prices, quotes, rates, and public-disclosure data (e.g. SEC EDGAR Form 4/13F, U.S. House and Senate filings, Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, FRED, and RSS feeds) are provided by third parties on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, incomplete, amended, or temporarily unavailable. Some figures shown in demonstrations are illustrative sample data.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss; past performance does not indicate future results. Verify every figure against the original primary source before acting.

5. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service use automated and AI systems that can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may produce errors. AI output is generated for information only and must be independently verified. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, current, or fit for any purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Oswol or its licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oswol, its operators, and its data providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or any trading or investment losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oswol and its operators from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bahrain shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
